Management needs to know how to approach and talk to customers. The Manager didn't need to lose their cool when trying to negotiate a deal. In terms of sales and the financial department, they did a great job and we're very professional. I really needed to buy a car and I found the right one, but if I went there just to look I would have just walked out.

Took me as soon as I got there. Nice area to sit and wait while your car is being serviced. Once the work was completed a manager came out and went over with me what all had been done.
Kevin Tarpley, the service rep, was very helpful during my maintenance visit. He even offered to contact me directly, upon receipt of a part that had to be ordered, so I could come in at a time that was most opportune for me. Thanks, Kevin.

Great experience and explanation of availability with models, payments, maintenance and vehicle delivery options. I had a great time buy with George, who quickly responded to my online interest. Dominque was wonderful in information about my Rogue, test drive, and allowing me to take my time in making the best decision for me and my budget. 3rd car with Fred Anderson Nissan. Staff is always nice and accommodating. Carl was my sales person and now the financier for my last car. He even remembers my parents after nearly 5yrs. It makes you feel very safe and well taken care of.
