I was sold a car less than a year ago with bald tires that they won’t replace. I went for my inspection and they won’t pass the vehicle until I get new tires, but told me it was mandatory that I pay $32 to rotate the useless tires. I told them I don’t need them rotated because they are being replaced this week and they said it’s mandatory with the Fred Anderson family plan to rotate the tires and I have to pay for it. I would never recommend buying a vehicle from them.

This was my first experience with Fred Anderson Nissan and I was very pleased. The Assistant Service Manager, Hector Rios, was a great guy. He explained everything to me in complete detail and made sure my problem was resolved in a timely manner. Keep up the good work. 👍👍👍
