All around good experience. They definitely stood out from competitors in regard to follow up and service from first point of contact. Rashad and Jessica were top notch. The gentleman who delivered the car arrived on time with everything in order, was courteous, and made the trade easy. I never set foot on the lot. Huge plus for me.
