I’ve always been satisfied with them anytime I have an appointment they take me right away at my appointment time excellent service good people they take care of me very well excellent service all the way around.

We were traveling to our sons house and hit a object in the road which drained the oil from our car. We took it to Fred Anderson Nissan. Ross, our service representative, keep us in informed all the way through the process. He made what was a bad experience into a great ending.

The entire experience was a mess . They told me a car was pre-certified when it wasn’t . They promised me a key and continually made me come in for it and continually made up stories and never produced the key . They are habitual liars . I would never recommend this dealership to anyone

The worst dealership experience I have EVER HAD. When my 2019 Sentra wouldn't start this morning, I called roadside assistance to have it towed to this dealership. I was promptly informed by sales advisor, Ross, that I wouldn't have an answer until mid-afternoon after it got there at 10AM. 10. AM. It literally wouldn't start?? EDIT: Since seeing this review he stated that he WILL NOT help us until I remove this review. Great service from Ross My partner and I have had an AWFUL experience this morning with Ross the service advisor. Our 2019 Sentra with 19k miles ceased to start this morning. I negotiated a lease with Fred Anderson Nissan. From the beginning they were aware of my state of residence. We reached agreeable terms, they ran our credit, we set a day for pickup, I gave my card information for a deposit, and my wife and I began the logistics of picking up the car and selling our current one privately. And then communication dropped off.
