Very friendly staff in a clean and modern facility. Quick, easy and affordable. I drive a Nissan, so I go to Nissan for car repairs/preventative maintenance. Other shops guess and add unnecessary things.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff; gave me an AMAZING price for Honda trade-in as well as my new NISSAN; clean, bright and new facility.

Scheduled an appointment for a recall repair. Got checked in and waited the length of time it should have taken to do the repair. Service advisor came to almost two hours later saying they didn’t have to parts to complete the repair. Lousy customer service. Won’t be back
I took my car there to be serviced today. The representative that assisted was very polite and came to me periodically to let me know the progress that was being made on my vehicle.
Took my car in for servicing this week. my service liaison, Rachel Webb, was outstanding. However, the technician servicing my vehicle decided that a part on my vehicle would not be covered under my warranty, when I knew it should. Rachel attempted to get the technician to come speak to me about it, but the technician refused. That is not quality customer service. At Rachel's suggestion, I called Nissan corporate and they were able to take care of the issue. A simple conversation with the tech could have possibly avoided me ... read more
