Worst service I have ever received. If I could leave zero stars I would. I took my 2008 Nissan Versa in for a manufacturer’s recall of my driver airbag and my car was returned without a working horn. When I discovered that my horn was no longer working a few days later I set up to bring my car back so that this issue can be resolved. Later in the day I received an estimate for $650 to replace the part they think necessary to replace. Absolutely great experience. Did everything in their power to make sure we got what we wanted at the price we could afford. Completely honest people, did not give up on us. Highly recommended

I brought my Nissan Versa in this morning for an oil change. I was helped by Kevin Tarpley he was very nice and friendly, I look forward to bringing my Nissan Versa back to Fred Anderson Nissan for all it’s Service.

People are friendly but the rush job I received today was ridiculous. Went in for an oil change and jumping of vehicle. I guess they gave me an oil change but the service person forgot about other issues. Never came back to let me know my car was ready. I went out and there it was just sitting there.
Did the credit app online had an approval in 5 minutes. Drove to Raleigh which is a two hour drive for me. Drove the vehicle went inside agreed on a price and was on my way home in less than an hour. I’ll definitely go back again. Tony in finance is the man. Go give them a chance to earn your business
