The Fayetteville location has Facebook reviews disabled, so I am posting my review here since it is owned by the same team. After being stationed at Ft. I to was happy at the time of purchase but give them time and they will show their true colors. Found out today that my free lifetime oil change isn't free unless you pay for the tire rotation so it is going to cost you $30 no matter what. Don't let them lie to you and sell you their service contracts. Informed today that it doesn't cover anything Had the nerve to tell me the sales manager lied to me but he no longer works there. Fred Anderson Nissan is a complete ripoff AVOID

A bunch of great folks, I was treated like a queen
I loved my experience with Fred Anderson Nissan yesterday starting with Matthew. He greeted me as I pulled my car in to be serviced and he kept a check on me all the while my car was being worked on and he kept me up to date on what was going on with my car. As always when I arrived Willie greeted me as well and he to kept a check on me and when I got ready to leave both Willie and Matthew helped me in the car made sure everything was OK before I left!! Great job guys!!
