I had a great experience buying my car at Fred Anderson Nissan. Jeremy and his manager Billy went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I love my new car! Thank you Jeremy for making it an easy process.
Sales department made misrepresentations re free oil changes. Service department would not admit their service program even existed. Poor judgment to lose s customer (second car) over oil changes. I’ll never go back.
You guys really need to remove your online service scheduler that is ON YOUR WEBSITE. I made an appointment for today at 7:15 am for service only to get there and be told I'm not in the system and the service rep tells me that scheduling online does not work and that it is best to call to schedule appointments. The rep says that she doesn't know why the scheduler doesn't work and that it has been a problem for a long time. So thank you for wasting my time, driving 20 minutes, and getting up early on a Saturday morning.
My experience at Fred Anderson was awesome they assisted my son with his first car and went above and beyond they helped him find the right car that suited him for financial and for luxury .
