Do what they say they are going to do. It's all well and good when you want to buy a car from them, but that's about where their customer service starts and stops. Try and get someone in sales, service or finance to return your calls thereafter, or simply to follow through with what they say they are going to do; I wish you good luck with that. Fred Anderson Nissan has owed me $600 since May 30th yet I can't quite seem to get my hands on the check or to get the person (Courtney Hendrix in Finance) to return my calls to help ... read more
