Came in tonight at 6:45 PM to take a look at a car they advertised online. Waited for over thirty mins, no greeting, no hellos, nothing. I suppose each sales person is doing so well this month they don’t want anymore sales. Poor customer service. At least greet and let someone know they’ll be talked too soon. Good luck. Last time I’ll be in a Fred Anderson dealership.

Please save yourself some time and don't even bother using their website. Apparently the specials on there are all glitches. Three different cars in two different days all glitches. False advertising used to get you in. Thinking of contacting the better business bureau.
