The service department is top notch! I wish I was able to give more than 5 stars. I was thrilled when I discovered they were able to work on cars other than Nissans....I actually own a Volvo and have had my car serviced and, most recently, inspected with Fred Anderson Nissan. I had a wonderful and stress free experience each time. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always takes care of my car quickly. I had a terrible experience at this dealership and I have been trying to contact the CEO Julie several times. But have yet to get a response from her.. I was approved for a car and signed the paperwork..they let me take it home and keep it and the next day when i went back to have the car washed but it was dirty they told me i either had to give it back or put down 3500 which was not the deal i had signed the day before "they claimed did the financial manager who has set up my deal was fired that night...so my next step is t... read more
I absolutely hate car shopping. However Mike Madric was the best salesman I have ever seen. He is not pushy which is the biggest quality that I admired about him. I stopped by this Saturday to browse at Muranos. He told me to grab some food as they were having a cookout and pointed to where all of the Muranos were and let me browse quietly. Best customer service ever !!!!!!! The manager was extremely sweet with my complaining self. (on top of that she gave me a foot rest for my fractured foot) lol. I will definitely keep coming here
