I just wanted to give a hearty thank you to the service department. They close at 6pm and I arrived 15 mins till closing to have my car quickly checked out and have a piece removed. They could have sent me on my way but they didn't. And folks say customer service is dead. Not at Fred Anderson. Thanks so much!

My wife and I bought a Versa yesterday and your team absolutely killed it. Carl made the buying process as easy as we could have ever hoped. Willie took care of explaining the features of the car amazingly and made us feel welcome to call with any questions or concerns. And Eric was awesome with all the closing paperwork. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. 5 out 5 stars without a doubt.

What is the purpose of making an appointment, if it still takes an hour and a half or more for an oil change?? I hope this gets better. The only reason I take it here is because of the free oil changes for life.

Not pleased with the service, wait time for "express" service or the price in comparison to other Nissan dealers. I will not be back!

I posted a few weeks ago about not being pleased with follow up relating to a used car purchase. However I want to say that the situation was taken care of. It took a few phone calls but resolved completely. Faith restored. Will definitely go here when I'm ready for that armada!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone was friendly, never was harassed like I was at Hendrick, and went the extra mile to get me where I needed to be. Robert Harris is the nicest car dealer I've dealt with, and would highly recommend!

Great experience especially with my salesman Hobbs Stephens!!!! Class operation from beginning to end!!! Not to mention I'm sure because of Hobbs experience he had us in and out in less than 2hrs!!!

Never go this place, they are con artists and rip off agents, they lie to get you into the building and try to trick you into selling your shit for a dirt cheap price....the left my trunk open, broke my trunk lock when it slammed shut. Told me they appraised my car but then said they never got into the vehicle. Riddle me this batman, how do you appraise a car without getting in it?
