Jack was straight forward and no pressure. He let me take the car I was interested in home for the night and drive it, since I lived close. Made reviewing the car, that much easier. The business end of it was easy and pretty typical. They have a lot of maintenance options available if interested. They offer competitive rates.
I went to the Jeep store looking for a specific vehicle that had been posted on the dealer website. I was immediately greeted by a sales agent & was on a test drive 5 minutes later. I was given permission to take the vehicle home overnight to show my wife. This was very much appreciated. Really, the entire buying process was very simple and handled professionally. I never felt any pressure from the dealer to buy the vehicle. Based on my experience, I would recommend this dealer to a friend.
Good Experience. Will return in the future for all of my servicing needs. I was treated with respect and acknowledged immediately, the wait was standard and not excessive.
I bought a 2005 Dakota 4x4 with 67,000 miles and recently posted a bad review. Well, I'm eating crow because they made the issues I was having go away. They gave me a warranty @ cost and detailed the truck. So thanks i really appreciate the customer service. I will be back!! Jim Stanley
Franklin Dodge was the third dealership that we visited in order to find a Dodge Journey. We had previously been treated extremely poorly at other dealerships so we decided to leave Huntsville, AL, to go to Franklin, TN.
