I went to 3 other dealerships prior to visiting Brooklyn Chrysler. One thing for sure, I didn’t receive half the amount of attention and service like I did in BK Chrysler. This was the worst service and car buying experience of my life. I purchased a jeep gladiator from Faulkner Jeep in Mechanicsburg 12 months ago and felt like I had a good experience. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I realized that the second key fob did not work appropriately and set the alarm off whenever you try to lock or unlock the vehicle I did not mention anything at the time due to rarely using the second key fob and not wanting to spend the time on a service appointment for the issue at that time.
