Post- Op was more difficult than I expected but I do not think anything pre-op could have been done differently .

The entire staff was helpful and caring. I had many questions prior to surgery and the first two after surgery. When I phoned, I received all the information and explanation I needed from the clinical staff and support staff.
The entire experience was easy and comfortable. The office staff was friendly and always willing to schedule easily. The surgery was quick and easy as well. No pain at all. Dr. Fechner did an amazing job. I was very scared because of the horror stories of rhinoplasty and nothing I read was true!
My procedure was smooth and easy! I wish I could have done this sooner! I had a couple procedures done at the same time. I would definitely recommend doing that! The staff and nurses are amazing! They were always there to talk to or answer questions. Dr. Fechner is the absolute best at neck procedures! Highly recommend!
Dr. Fechner and his staff are always welcoming, comforting and kind. I have never received such compassionate service. The staff here are very respectful and friendly. I could not receive better service or treatments anywhere else. I would not recommend anyone to go anywhere else.
