Lacey did an awesome job, she fixed exactly what I asked for and she was very pleasant and made the experience easy and less nerve wracking.
A procedure is only as good as the technician providing the service. The kind, caring and professional manner in which Jennifer treated me was as important to me as her medical expertise. She did an outstanding job and I will definitely return for further treatments.
I felt procedures I had were more involved than expected. (esp, home care of head incision) Post op sensations also. Also re: discharge- I have no recollection of being awake post surgery to enter car. My husband states he had to carry me into our house. He is almost 80 years old.
Lacey was very helpful and reviewed all the options thoroughly. She has gotten back to me quickly with any questions and concerns.I would definitely recommend her to my friends.
