Dr. Fechner and his staff have exceeded my expectations. I will highly recommend Dr. Fechner to anyone wanting to have a cosmetic procedure. he is phenomenal.
I recently had a neck lift, lower face lift, upper face lift and laser resurfacing done. I could not be happier with the results! The Dr. and staff were all amazing, friendly and personable. This office does not have the intimidation factor that I feared. I am 110 percent thrilled.
Tabitha has taken really great care of my skin. From the moment I walk in the door to the moment I leave I feel like she listens to my concerns and has put me on the best treatment regime!

I used creams, etc to get rid of my eye bags. Nothing worked I am so glad I had the surgery, I was really happy about the recovery time. Truly 7 days was the point that I was so happy with the results. Now at 6 weeks I am more thrilled. I had one friend that did the procedure and her information was helpful. The people who work for Dr. Fechner made me feel comfortable about my choice too.
My visit with Dr. Fechner was fast, easy and not painful. I highly recommend him for folks living in the Northeast. He is not only a doctor but an artist.
My first visit was 4 months ago with Lacey, I came from another place where I was getting Botox every 2-3 months and not liking the results. This time using the Dysport I was completely frozen and my results lasted longer than expected. Lacey is extremely professional and I cannot say enough about the front desk, Nicole is always full of smiles and gets me an appointment as soon as I ask!
Excellent in all regards-I am delighted with my outcome. There is very big improvements and yet Dr. F's care and attention for keeping a very mature look is an amazing balance to have achieved. Thank you Dr. F and to all his great and caring staff.
All the staff is amazingly helpful and extremely accommodating. Love the fact that I did not have to go to Boston, look for parking and go into a big impersonal office. The office is convenient and has parking on site. Love the fact that Dr. F has an immaculate surgical suite right on the premises so no hospital and he used twilight sleep instead of general anesthesia.
