My experience with Dr. Fechner and his staff was nothing but positive from my first phone call and thru my follow up appointments. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and caring. Dr. Fechner is honest and wants nothing but his patients to look and feel the best about their appearance. He has a way of making any surgery look natural. I would only come back here for anything I want done.
I am very happy with my new results from my laser resurfacing of my face and neck. The brow lift gave me amazing results, have very few wrinkles now and for years I was hiding my forehead in shame with my bangs. I feel much more confident and so happy with all of my results. I highly recommend this to anyone.
I have been to a different office for years and have recently switched over to Lacy via a recommendation. I am very happy that i did as Lacy took her time to explain why she was suggesting where to inject and was already looking down the road. She injected Botox in places I did not even know you could and I am amazed with the smoothness. I still look like myself but only more refreshed.
Everyone has just done an amazing job. I wish that I had this done sooner. I feel complete now. Thank you Dr. Fechner and staff.
When entering the office I was greeted by the entire desk staff with a very friendly hello and everyone had a warm smile. Lacey is kind, caring, and very talented with administering Botox and fillers and made sure I was happy with the procedure before I left the office. Then when leaving the office, staff again was friendly, kind and very helpful.
I am very pleased with my facial and my procedure with Sonia. Every one in the office are pleasant and caring. I plan to continue to come here to get my skin looking better than it has. Sonia is a sweet that makes me feel at ease through any discomfort.
