I had a face lift and neck lift. I am pleased with the results, very natural, but nice improvements. Dr. Fechner and his staff are great, friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I had a minor glitch post surgical and the staff could not have been more helpful, responded right away and very reassuring.
The recent (1-3 months) changes to the office staff has provided an immediate improvement in the overall atmosphere! All services and available products have served to be beneficial and a tremendous part of my interest in continuous care. Dr Fechner is exceptionally talented and obviously surrounds himself with peers and employees of an equal caliber.
Dr Fechner is a really excellent doctor, understanding, caring and patient. I am very happy with the results.
