I found Dr. Fechner to be immensely knowledgeable an experienced, open and honest about the risk and rewards, completely AT ease in answering any questions and deeply assuring in tone and demeanor. He is attentive to every detail meticulous in his procedures dazzlingly skillful and a genuinely dedicated professional striving to make his clients achieve their best selves. Dr. Fechner's dedication to my comfort through the process was stunning.

I was extremely nervous initially, this being my only surgery/procedure ever. I worried i did not explain what i wanted well enough and that i would end up in a lot of pain after the procedure. Coming out of the surgery and through the entire healing process i was in zero pain. My results were exactly what i wanted. Dr Fechner knew exactly what to do and im so thankful i trusted him.
I appreciate seeing dr.fechner because he works with you individually to find the treatments that are best for each client. The office staff is always pleasant and courteous.
I am very pleased with Dr Fechner, his staff and the facility. I wanted a very experienced Dr who specialized in facial plastic surgery who would not make me look 'done' or 'unnatural' I feel Dr Fechner fulfilled my best expectations and i am enjoying my more youthful but still natural appearance. Although I cherish my mother,s memory, I am sure she would be pleased that at age 60 i not not have the puppet lines, joules or sagging neck that she had at 60.

I searched Dr. Fechner online in search of removing 4 small flat moles on my face. I scheduled a consultation an was pleased to learn how quick the process would be. I paid $200 for the consultation that was then put towards the procedure that i had scheduled in a month. In total i paid $650 and i think it was worth every cent. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Fechner had me in and out in 5 mins. It has only been 2 weeks and my face is already showing improvements in the healing process.
