my experience here has been wonderful from the first phone cal to my past visits. dr fechner knew exactly what i wanted to change about myself an he so skillfully made my vision reality. i now can look into the mirror and like who is looking back. thank you all!
I was very frightened but everyone treated me with compassion, caring and respect. i have never received more kind, thoughtful and compassionate care. I couldnt recommend dr fechner more highly.
dr. fechner explained very clearly what the procedure would involve and what changes i would expect to see. The compliments i have received have been 'subtle' 'you look rested' 'the years have been rolled back' but you look like yourself, This is exactly what id hoped for. I would recommend dr fechner in a heartbeat. the staff here is amazing and wonderful. Thank you.
I do not have one complaint about Dr. Fechner or his staff. I felt comfortable from the first visit which I have never experienced in a office before. I am so happy I chose Dr. Fechner and his staff.

I was initially frightened about how things were going to shake out but after about 6 or 8 weeks I started to get some really wonderful comments from friends and family about how much younger and less tired i looked. Every time I see myself in the mirror now I feel happy and positive. I am so glad that I decided to let dr. Fechner do all that he did. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
Dr. Fechner and his team were hands down the most professional and inviting of the offices I consulted with. (Some were down right rude) After meeting everyone I was comfortable and new this was the best place in New England for my operation!
The results of the procedure I had was exactly what I was hoping for. Having the procedure done in the office with local anesthesia as well as sedation was definitely a plus! Dr. Fechner as well as the entire office staff were professional , friendly and caring. Over all it was an excellent experience and I am thrilled with the outcome!
I found the Doctor on the website-liked his willingness to explain procedures, felt good about is humanitarian efforts. He sounded detail oriented but kind. I felt i was handled extremely lovingly and competently from Surgery through healing and appreciated the clear pre and post instructions, all and all wonderful experience.
