ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO EVER EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING A CAR FROM
Frank Leta Honda in O’Fallon, MO is an awesome dealership. I think the best part of it was our Sales Rep Kevin Jacobsmeyer.....Go there and ask for him. Let him know that John and I recommended him. I called to get a quote for transmission fluid change and they quoted me for over $500. In addition to it I had to call and wait a COUPLE TIMES before I can get the quote as they told me they don't know the price. It does not make sense as a dealer does not know the price for the service unless they never do it before. I normally don't write comments. But this is very bad. We were shopping for a used CRV for my 16 year old daughter and Will was extremely helpful and understanding of our needs. He was able to work with us for the perfect CRV for her and took his time to make sure everything was perfect. Michael in finance did a great job with our financing and was extremely knowledgeable on the entire paperwork process. Management checked on us and was extremely kind and understanding as well. Would definitely recommend this dealership for new or used purchase!
We have had 3 Honda CRV over the years and last week we purchase our 4th one from Frank Leta. It was the BEST buying experience we have ever had. We meet Jim Martin the salesman who was very helpful, knowledgable and low pressure. And Daniel the sales manager was great to work with. Molly Darabcsek was a hugh help and went above and beyond to assist me. She didnt sell me on her commission she sold me the truth. She is very honest and a great person. She had good personality and overrall I had the best experience I have ever had at a dealership.
