We bought a car from them 6 months ago. We bought a warranty and now have it in the shop for a third time now. Since it’s a BMW, they sent it to a BMW shop. We have tried to reach them several times for status on the car and no one will contact us. It has now been in there 18 days and we cannot get any answers. Hands down the worst experience ever!
