OUTSTANDING service department in O'Fallon! I had car issues while taking my mom home from the hospital. I called and let them know the situation and they had a loaner car running and waiting so my mom was comfortable! They went above and beyond! Randy Gibson you were amazing & patient to help me solve the problem! I can't thank you enough! I am one happy customer!

Worst experience trying to test drive a car. They wouldn’t let us drive the car off the lot. The salesman drove the car to a random parking lot and then my son was allowed to drive the car. Planned on driving other models but we left as fast as we could. Treated us with such disrespect!!

You asked what the most impressive or enjoyable part was during my buying experience, and it probably was being allowed to investigate for a while on my own, then meeting Melissa Walker, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She allowed ME to make decisions and she answered every question I had. On pickup day, she stayed with me and set up the car to personalize it for me, and patiently allowed me to feel comfortable before I drove off.

The most enjoyable part of the process for me was working with AJ and Jesse. AJ was very good about communicating with me as my previous lease was coming to an end. He was very accommodating to my busy schedule, to get me in for a visit. Once there, I worked with Jesse Rosenthal. Jesse was a pleasure to work with. We got along very well and he sat down and listened to my 'wants' vs. my 'needs' and discussed/showed me vehicles and options that made sense for me.
