After a huge mess with a pricing misunderstanding, Matt P fixed everything and added a rack on top of my Pilot for ski equipment. I am very thankful. Robbie was also absolutely amazing with his knowledge of all of the bells and whistles in my car, as well as a follow up call the very next day. It went from being a very upsetting experience to buying the best car I could ever dream of with the best customer service possible. Very grateful.

We just got home from Frank Leta's and cannot say enough positive things about our car buying experience! Jay greeted us the second we walked in the door but not in the overbearing car salesman way. He handed us over to Chris who made us feel like we were buying a car from a friend. JV was our finance guy and he knocked it out of the park too! While I hope it's a long time before we need another new car we'll definitely be sending everyone we know to Jay, Chris and JV at Frank Leta's! Thanks again guys!
