Taking my car in for service is never fun but, at Frank Leta Honda, the service staff treats me like I'm their only customer ...and they always answer my questions no matter how trivial they actually are! They never upsell additional services and I get a loaner car if necessary. They have a loyal customer for life!

Six years ago because of my love for Honda's I entered into the automotive industry selling for Frank Leta. After two great years I was offered a position elsewhere to manage a large local dealer and I accepted. So much for customer service! I brought my brand new car in to get some work done which was owed to me. I assumed they would run my car thru their carwash because they made my car dirty. I was told by an employee in the shop I would have to go talk to someone else. I did not want to hunt the right person down and wait any longer. I am glad I did not invest any $ on extended warranties because I would hate being forced to do more business in their service department.

HUGE props to Frank Leta Honda and service manager Matt Koenig. I stopped by to replace my wiper blades today. My car requires 3 since I have one in the rear window. Unfortunately they only had 2 out of 3 in stock. So they did NOT charge me for the 2 wiper blades on my car PLUS they washed my car. What?! I've consistently received good service here. Check them out!! P.S. Still driving my 2001 Honda CRV!

I went in for an oil change today after work. As usual, they always wash my car but this time forgot to put up my front windows. My front seats were wet. They extracted what water they could and covered them with plastic. They then comped my oil change. Not only is my car running better but my seats are clean. Thank you for all you did for me today.
