My 2012 Honda Civic's seat belt would not lock. I took it to Leta Honda where I purchased it. The car is still under warranty so I wasn't concerned about paying for the service. The service tech told me it may not be covered. I felt very uncomfortable about getting ripped off, so I left, without the seat belt being looked at. If they would have repaired the problem I would be a loyal customer, but now I will never shop at Frank Leta Honda or recommend them to anyone. YOU CAN BEAT A LETA Shame on you.
The experience I had purchasing a car at Frank Let Honda was excellent, with the help of Jason. Jason was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in taking care of me and explaining everything to me. Buying a car can be very stressful, but Jason made the whole experience very easy. I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone looking to purchase a car.
