This may be funny to some, annoying to others, and agreement by yet more. I will Never buy a car from Frank Leta. Why, you ask? I want to pull my hair out every time I hear that ridiculously horrible commercial with that New Jersey Shore twit talking in her whiny ass voice. Terrible marketing strategy. Get rid of it.

I have had my 2004 Honda Civic serviced at Frank Leta for 4 years and their service department has never disappointed. HOWEVER, when it came time to buy our new 2018 Honda CRV the service was awful. My husband has a credit score in the 700's and they said we couldn't get financing for less than 6.9%. Then when we did and said we were ready to purchase but with our financing they went back on their quote they gave us. THANKS Ryan and Bill for the great customer service. Ryan is a great product specialist and Bill Double did a great job getting me financed. I bought several cars from dealers and I had my best experience at this. They took concern to the issues I noticed about my preowned car and fixed it immediately! Had a hour drive to get to the dealership and Over all a great experience with the dealership. We had a little wait time for finance but Ryan and the desk gave me a pretty sweet deal on my 2011 lacrosse I purchased yesterday. The finance guy was really nice as well.
