My husband and I had our first maintenance appointment yesterday at Frank Leta Honda. After a successful 19-year relationship with our previous Honda dealer out-of-state, we were a bit concerned we wouldn't find a service department that we could trust. Randy Gibson, our service advisor, was really responsive and helpful. I'm not sure we could have asked for any better treatment. Here's to another 19 years with a Honda dealer!
I had a tremendous experience leasing a 2019 Civic on March 15th. The sales person Jim Martin who took me though the process was fantastic to work with and was very thorough in answering all my questions and I ended up swapping my 2015 Civic for a vastly improved 2019 Civic.
