Finding our vehicle with them was an ok experience. However, the evening we went to pick it up was not. We arrived at 5 30 and did not leave until 9:00! The pressure they put on us to purchase their extended warranties etc reminded us of a time share sale. Different "managers" kept coming in to pressure us and then 1 gave us his "employee discount" to buy warranty. I saw them in the hall discussing the game plan lol.
