During the purchase of my brand new vehicle I was verbally guaranteed by the sales associate that my first 4 oil changes/tire rotations would be free, 2 covered by Frank Leta and 2 covered by Honda. When I (female) scheduled my first service they tried to make me pay in full for it, but I was able to get that corrected with the help of my father (male). Not impressed they don’t let you pick what you want they want to pick your vehicle for you and the original salesman was adamant about getting you there then once you get there he’s too busy to come talk to you and has someone else deal with you the commercials are misleading.. also they don’t even follow up with you after your purchase to see if you are happy or not.
