If I could give more stars, I would! I had an appointment with Lauren to do a cut. We had a consultation before I went to have my hair washed. I explained I had had a bad experience previously with another salon and I was super nervous. She was so lovely & understanding. I decided to chop my hair from long to shoulder length, I have curls so this is always a scary thing to do. My curls had completely died so we were hoping the cut would bring my hair back to life.
