New Car from Acura Daniel did a great job. I told him at the beginning I did NOT want to be contacted, I would call him. Sent me one thank you email and followed my wishes. I would have walked otherwise. He has patiently answered, did not balk when I wanted to put my bike in the car. Great job!

Service review for my '04 TSX Brought my car in because the front end shakes during breaking and the A/C didn't work. I told them I didn't think it was the breaks as I had them done 3 times before and the problem keeps coming back. They didn't listen and just did a break job anyway. Sure enough just after the 90 day warranty expired, the problem came back! Also, the A/C quit first week I tried to use it! DO NOT RECCOMEND!

Best Buying Experience..... EVER! The knowledge the dealership and the top shelf service was the best I've ever experienced. But what else would you expect it is the Harper family.

Horrible customer service! I called to inquire about on of their vehicles and one of the manager nicole kampf was extremely unprofessional. telling me there only taking serious car buyers, which I am! I called so I didn't waste anyone's time I live an hour away. Horrible way to speak to someone. Theres more to the story however I wont waste my time.

Harper Acura A very pleasant experience. I didn't feel pressured into buying. The salesman ( Jeremy ) was very good to deal with. The whole process took about 2 hours.

Purchase 2017 ACURA RDX Advance Package Wife and I were shopping for a Certified ACURA RDX or MDX thru Cars.com. We found Harper Acura in Knoxville to have a great selection. We are located 100 miles away but took the trip. Upon arriving at Harper we were immediately greeted by Jeremy Tucker.
