superior service willingness to work with the customer. received no pushback when I first identified the problem several months ago. when I reconfirmed months later that the problem existed, service dept immediately believed me and fixed the problem. everyone I dealt with was very polite. sure enough, I was right: this was a warranty problem.

Great customer service! Everything was great! Craig and Ray were very accommodating and easy to work with. Everything went very smoothly and was within expectations. I appreciated having a reliable and new loaner to use while I waited for my car to get tuned up!
Acura sets the bar for service Snack and beverages amenities. Car wash and vacuum help to set the experience above other dealerships. WiFi and TV are nice for waiting. And as always, friendly staff. This is a significant factor.
