Friendly oil change service, comfy waiting room Service personnel were friendly, courteous, willing to talk through recommendations for service. No delays. Didn't make me feel dumb, or try to upsell other service when I explained why I was declining them. Love the cleaning, car wash. Waiting room is comfortable, wifi allows me to work while waiting.

Fox Acura Ray Mayo always does a great job taking care of me and my vehicle. My visit always goes well and the facility is clean, neat and organized. Car returned clean and the work done on my vehicle was to my satisfaction.
They're Grrreeaaat! Fast, friendly, professional and welcoming. Not enough words, filling the 20 word minimum. Really,? 20 words? It shouldn't take 20.
Ease of Car Repairs I appreciated the email system wherein proposed repairs were forwarded to me for my review and approval. No need to repeated phone calls. After repairs were completed a very good report was received.
