Greeter person confirms my appointment and says service advisor is with another customer so please wait in the lobby. If you would like to reach out to our Service Manager *********************** we could schedule you in and get you into a loaner car. This is not a normal situation and we do apologize.

The service department at this place of business has had my vehicle for 3 1/2 weeks now, and I am no closer to an answer on if I need a new transmission or not as they told me it was 50/50 and when it was towed in. I have been unable to eat anything or sleep at all for 3 1/2 weeks now from massive amounts of stress from not knowing if I need to spend several thousand dollars more or not.
