Our check in was amazing. He was so kind. Our room was good. Bathroom door wouldn't close correctly. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast the next day was ok. The server kept trying to push the $21 buffet that is work $12. After telling him no 4x he stopped asking. Most $59-$75 motels offer a continental breakfast. I'm very surprised that at $189 a night they do not. $59 for French toast, eggs Benedict and an oatmeal. My son hated his French toast and my daughter's egg was under poached.
Very friendly staff. Especially at Brewsters. Had an excellent dinner there.
We did not stay long. We checked in at 6pm, went to the beach. Back to the room at 8pm, checked out at 8am the next day. I think you pay for the looks of the Hotel. The room could have been better for the price. No frig, small room and bathroom. But for a night sleep, it did the job.
If I could give 6 stars I would. Staff were amazing, super comfy bed & room. Excellent facilities. It was such a pleasure to stay here & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.
Convenient location next to LAX. Can't say enough positive things about the staff as all I encountered were great and caring towards customers. Only downside is you could see some of the areas in need of repairs.
Bed was very comfortable. Towels were very dirty. Bathroom was not enough clean.!!!Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Parking lot is expensive cause other same quality hotels have free parking lot for hotel guests. Housekeeping manager needs to give training for staff to use clean towels or bed sheets. Thanks.
