Beautiful Hotel but the parking charges too much! $32 for a night enough to pay 1 room for a Motel
Awesome accommodations, very clean and spacious rooms. You would've gotten 5 stars if it wouldn't have been for a rude hispanic check-in clerk. She started off with a horrible attitude but ultimately fixed our situation with the two rooms we booked being on different floors. No need to hate on your own kind.

Checking out was a circus - too involved to outline here - van driver the worst - argued with me about what terminal I needed to go to - I knew where I was going - he yelled at people and bragged he had been there for 20years and was never wrong - he sure was with me!
This hotel is appalling! No worth spg standards. So freaking dirty and they have not refunded my money over a month! I emailed the general manager and the front desk manager (ed gonzalez) but no response. I called SPG and they said they have emailed the hotel but I have had no response!
