No hot water at 7:00 AM. Add $359 incidentals to my credit card. Charged $29 for parking and the security gates did not work. Bath tub water took forever to drain after taking a shower.
I would never stay at this hotel we gave them a second try after the first stay wasn't up to par and this time we received blood stains and black marks on our Linens with pictures to back this up that housekeeping put on and they don't seem to care whatsoever. All they could offer was a free breakfast when we were leaving disgusting to think that they don't even have housekeeping check if they're putting clean or dirty linens on your beds staff does not care whatsoever especially Lupe at the front desk. Hotel needs updating. The vanity and lavetory in our room was broken and had been caulked together. There was also a pervasive smell of sewer gas in bathroom which led me to think plumbing problems. I did notify management. The breakfast buffet seemed pricy and had the same stuff you get grais at La Quinta. The best part was it was a one night stay and convenient to airport.
Hotel is nice. The pub is worthless. We were served microwave nachos, a 20$ dried up burnt veggie burger, and canned mushroom tacos. Sleep at the hotel, but Do Not Eat Here!
Near to the airport, landed after 15 hours of flight. Bed blanket food and everything was perfect!
