Some people asking inside the hotel for drugs, in other floors smell like skunk, the elevator almost stop in middle of floors, the towels are dirty, the parking lot is full and you have to parking your car in other hotel, in general this hotel is just for save money, no for enjoy
This hotel is absolutely horrible. There was a system error in which everyone's cards were charged and the management teams were very rude and unprofessional. The rooms are horrible and not clean. Parking is terrible and not guaranteed for 25.00 a night. This was literally the worst hotel I've been in years. I felt like I was at a motel in which all of the employees were new and didn't give a dam about their clients at all.
At check in, I was ignored for 5 minutes while, trying to look really busy receptionist rather typed whatever into PC. The room was a bit disappointing too. Old, single glazed window facing the front (busy road and airport). Carpet stains, curtain were filthy (take note I'm a male). Breakfast buffet was $22, I'm not sure if that is standard rate at any airport hotel. Downstairs (lobby, restaurant, bar and pool) appeared modern and fresh. This is my 6th or 7th time I have stayed here and came after 7 nights at a Hampton Inn where I didn't sleep at all well. First night at this hotel and I slept like a log. Sheraton 4 Points is very comfortable, convenient and the staff are very obliging. Yes, the check in and out is slow and needs management attention but everything is great. Yes, I will stay there again no problem
