Ever since Phil Baxter left as a GM sorry ass Crescent took over and decided to be cheap asses and tried to ruin the hotel. SBE was better with Four Points. Crescent are just Chinese assholes who don't speak English and they wanna screw over Latinos. And then taking away 50 cents off the pay rate for the graveyard housekeepers that worked from 6pm-2am and also got rid of in house security and took away the benefits. You guys are full of shit being corrupted.
The bar was great. The staff were nice and service oriented. Made the time pass as I waited. Room was nice and simple. Price was very reasonable. Food was good. Oswaldo and Jesse were awesome.
Would have given it 5 stars except the alarm clock went off at 5:46 this morning and I did not set it and the room does not have a refrigerator. For fun, my sink does not drain.
I was very disappointed with the service. Instead of the usual greetings at the front desk, I had someone who ignored me twice when trying to give him my information. Then said "what" when I tried to repeat myself because i was being ignored. They explained how they were supposed to get off earlier, but had to stay because of me. (Don't know if they were serious b/c he was not friendly or laughing) probably was joking, but that was rude. Also, The rooms need to be updated as well! Not happy at all with the bathroom!!! Super bright light...annoying!!!! Shower water flow so powerful it hurts!!!!! AC unit very loud!!!! One of the worse hotels on my list.?
