The place is has a great atmosphere,food and customer service. The parking is limited
Maybe I missed something, but this place is horrible. The room smells like urine when you walk in the door. When I pulled back my sheets, there was blood in the bed. The most nastiest thing I've ever seen. For it wasn't for my job, I would never stay here and NEVER recommend it.
Staff was very unfriendly. They advertised that a rollaway bed WAS available... even showed them their ad. They refused to honor the ad and provide a rollaway nor would they provide any discount as one of us now has to sleep on the floor. Would never consider staying here again.
I've stayed here twice and the customer service is great! For a Sheraton I think some touch ups could be done but overall it's a good stay at a great price. It's very convenient to airport and surrounding areas.
