I did a LOT of research on waterproofing my basement prior to having Foundation Recovery came out. The good reviews are why I got a bid, however based on my experience (w/o getting work done) - they do not honor their word, office does not return calls, and are extremely overpriced. I about choked when I was quoted over ******** considering I am in a small city home and had 4 other bids ranging from ************ (this is around double). The proposal was detailed and met the checklist of features our research found to be needed for an effective system.
