I contacted AFS to make my garage and basement waterproof. I would get 2 to 3 inches of water in the garage every time it rained hard. Steve-sales Tim -Forman Nathan- co Forman Ezra-installer Wow what a awesome team of working men. Can not be any happier with the quality for work. After 3 days of rain they solved my problem. I had a sump pump installed in August, 2019 and they service technicians were great, however I recently had to request a service call due to a shortage in the submerged pump. I had a backup pump so it continued to function until Trever and Jeremy arrived. I informed them of the problem and they replaced the pump with an new one very quickly. They worked to get a tech here as soon as possible and they worked, quickly and efficiently once they arrived. Courteous and friendly service. Would highly recommend.

Ohio Basement Authority did a great job waterproofing my basement and installing structural reinforcement for three walls. The salesperson, Andrew R*********, was very thorough in his explanation of what work they proposed. He was quick to respond to questions via email. The work crew -- Martin, Josue, and Josiah -- did a great job. They were friendly, answered by questions and explained the work they were doing, and cleaned up the work site. I would recommend them for any basement work that you need.

Joe, Atilio and Jose were very considerate workers, did everything as expected and did a wonderful job of cleaning up after our work was completed. We had our crawlspace encapsulated and the whole basement insulated. Would definitely recommend their services.

On January 27, 2020, Blake R******* reviewed our basement water issues and developed a plan with an estimate. He explained everything in detail and my wife and I agreed with the plan. We were impressed and comfortable using OBA. On February 2 and 3, 2020, Steven B, Daniel H, Eric R. and Dan L came to our house to implement the plan. They were all very capable and kept us well informed about their progress. I called peak structural to address an issue of water entering the crawl space of my rental. The plan was to install two sump pumps and encapsulate the crawl space. After the work began I was contacted by my tenant with some complaints about the crew smoking and playing loud music. I brushed this off at the time. Later that evening I was in contact with the crew leader and was sent a few photos of what I thought was a complete job.
