Theses guys were great. They were prompt and worked hard. Forman ********* and Leader ****** were great to work with. They did everything they said they would do and left the premises clean. I would strongly recommend this company again. The finished project looks great!

We recently had a basement drainage issue - unexpected and that's never fun for anyone to have to deal financially or the inconvenience of having a week disrupted by contractors & workers in your home. That being said - we could not have had a better crew come out and give us some of the best service we have ever experienced. After talking to both Jenny and Mackenzie at Oh BA due to a sump pump alarm sounding, Jeff came to correct the situation and had my sump pump working once again. Matt T***** came to our home to inspect & advise on some basement flooding issues. We have had basement issues in our previous home with sump pump/flooding and did not use basement authority but this experience was leaps and bounds beyond that company, thanks to Matt's expertise.
