I would highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority to anyone who is having basement issues. Andrew, Eric, Daniel and Steven were all very professional and did an excellent job in a very timely manner. They discovered the problem, fixed it and guarantee it which leaves me, the homeowner feeling great and very confident in their work. Dustin was very helpful at explaining what we needed, also when we had questions was always quick to respond. We had the work done on feb 13, and they were professional and in and out in one day. Highly recommended.

Ohio Basement Authority does a very good job. The employees are all friendly and very patient. They explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Steven and Dan just installed 2 jacks under my house. They came to the house, introduced themselves, and got right to work. They were done in no time. I also talked to Stephanie on the phone several times. She was very professional as well as helpful. I would recommend thus company if you are having structural problems at your house.
2nd time I have used them and again they were on time, courteous and thorough. DelMar was great and answered any and all questions I might have had. I would recommend this company to anyone and have.
