Approximately one year ago we had water in the crawlspace portion of our basement. Ohio Basement Authority came out and made recommendations. I noticed on their website that they also installed radon mitigation systems (we needed this also). I have a lot going on in my house, and from the start of this processes, my sales rep. Andy, to the foreman Justin and his crew Abe, and Alex, as well as the electrician Dan L*********, everything was fixed and completed in a timely manor. Jose A., Sergio and Ivan arrived at the time they told us. After briefly going over the details, they went to work. They were awesome!! the crew protected our floors, and were mindful of our property. they finished by 4:30. they didn't even mind my husband looking over their shoulders!! thanks guys!!!
