We appreciate the service at Tar Heel Basement systems. Matt J****** is our local representative, and he is always responsive and helpful. David K***** and Christian W******* just completed a very professional update to our project. They did quality work, and went above and beyond what we expected.
I had a sagging center to my home. Nick T***** came out to my crawlspace and spent a solid hour crawling around down there taking measurements. When the team came out to install----Julio and his team of two more guys---- they worked non-stop for 5 hours to get the job done. An I-Beam under the kitchen and 6 more supports down the center line. Was very impressed with the work ethic of the entire team!! All of these men were respectful of myself and my home. I had an excellent experience with Nick H. He was very professional when inspecting my basement and gave me an honest opinion and recommendation in fixing water damage. In being a single mom, I am grateful for the honesty and not being take advantage of while thoroughly assessing and creating a plan to fix some issues in my basement. Julio, Wilmer, and Alex did a fantastic job waterproofing our 2 crawl spaces!! They had to carry 4 1/2 tons of gravel down our steps and into the crawl spaces; 2 buckets at a time. They also installed a sump pump, drainage tiles, protective covering, and heavy duty plastic. They were very hardworking and didn't even stop for lunch. They all knew their job well. Ron F*** came to my property for the inspection and estimate. It was a great experience. He was friendly, polite and professional. He explained his measurements and findings as he was working.
