The Ohio Basement Authority did a great job installing a sump pump in my Mom's basement. A shout out to NICHOLAS H******* for answering all of our questions, addressing our concerns and explaining the process throughly. The job went very well! Andrew was very communicative and helpful in explaining everything that would be done and what the costs would be. José and his team were prompt, professional and worked incredibly hard in the rain to get the job done quickly. The yard looked great after they were finished as they excavated only what they needed and filled it in afterward. I am very pleased with every aspect of their work and would gladly hire them again.

Doug, Sokha, and Mac performed their work very well. Doug was very professional and knowledgeable about responding to my questions and did a thorough job of keeping me informed of the progress of the work that they completed. The installation crew Tommy, Kyle and Brandon were awesome. Showed up on time and walked me through the entire porcess. They were quick, professional and knowledgeable.
