Mitchell ******** was the technician who came out to our house after the basement flooded 2” and we could not have had better service! He was quick and very knowledgeable of the situation. My family and I are very grateful!

Had some major basement work done to fix our bowing walls due to problems with the Everdry system Ohio Basement Authority did an awesome job. They were projected time to be 4 days to complete and we're done timely along with cleanup Kyle R, Ryan K, and Jake C were great with communications expectations and little extra work to help a customer. Highly recommend this company for any basement needs.

I have never had a more pleasant experience with a specialist from company trying to get my business. Codi was extremely professional, informative, friendly and above all, honest! I canÂ’t speak highly enough about Mitchell ********* He has been to our house before to work on our sump pumpÂ…..and today I texted him about a concern I had (after calling an making a future appointment) and he called me right back and spent 30 minutes helping me to understand what was going on with our pump, to provide reassurance until our appointment.
