Very professional service, flexible and easy to work with company. Their inspectors and installers are great down to earth people. I recommend them to anyone, ask for Mr. Steve ********* heÂ’s a great guy! They also have a great lifetime warranty to keep the stress out of your hands.

We had an emergency issue on a Saturday morning and were so grateful with how quickly Mitchell ******** came over to help us out. We had some issues with the equipment and he really went above and beyond to make it right for us and was so friendly and professional the entire time. We really appreciate they have an on-call Emergencey service and super appreciated Mitchell taking time on his weekend to help us! Thank you, Mitchell and Ohio Basement Authority!

Josiah C., Miguel P., and Bailey S. just spent two days working their butts off in our basement and did a really great job. We had several things being done and they did them in an organized manner, always keeping me informed and being respectful of my home. They did such a great job cleaning up after, youÂ’d never know it was a construction site for two days. We are VERY happy to have our dryer, sealed in basement and will definitely use this company for any future needs.

Coy ***** assessed the cracks in our basement where water was coming in. Coy was very respectful and professional, but also accessible. He was very thorough and honest and answered all of our questions. We felt very confident in his assessment. Josh ***** just came to inspect our basement and give us a written estimate. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He has a wealth of background information about building and carpentry and was able to answer all of our questions. We decided to sign a contract that same day and Josh gave us a discount for doing so. I feel confident that FSM will do quality work, and I know what to expect when they are here working and after. I am looking forward to have a watertight basement without having to worry about flooding!

IFS did a great job fixing my foundation. The foreman and his crew were excellent. Shout out to Charles A, Daniel B and Ryder B!! Definitely recommend for those who need help with their foundation issues!
